MIMI wins the Pirate's Cove Tournament with a new state record fish!
A Spencer Yacht's original, The "MIMI" brings in a 1,228.5 lbs. blue marlin. The old record of 1,142 lbs. was caught by Jack Herrington in 1974. This amazing fish was caught on Aug. 15. by Trey Irvine of Ft. Lauderdale FL, the owner of this 59' Spencer, during the 25th Annual Billfish Tournament. It is also one of the biggest Atlantic Blue Marlin ever recorded.
